Fort Smith Witches Ball

I just called the Holiday Inn in Fort Smith and they said that for the weekend before Samhain we could rent out one of the rooms (apparently they have several and the ballroom holds 1000 people) and the cost for the room from 2pm till-11 to midnight would be 300 bucks. She also said that we cannot bring any food from an outside source except for a cake. All food has to be purchased from the hotel.

I told her this would be a 21 and over event and there would be no drinking. But in any case, if anyone wanted to drink after the event, the hotel is there for people to get rooms and already have their own alcohol there to begin with. lol

So here is definitely one idea to look into.
