The Off Beat Drummers began three years ago in Issaqua and are now in their 3rd location, this time in Renton. Please join us for drumming, toning, Shamanic Journeying and a good laugh! Also, feel free to bring other instruments. We have brought flutes, singing bowls, guitars, rattles, didgereedoos and the like. I'm looking forward to seeing you there soon!

Indigenous cultures have been drumming for thousands of years . . . for celebration, transformation and for healing. Drumming Circles are now organizing all across the US in astonishing numbers. In community after community all across the country, drummers meet for personal transformation, consciousness expansion, healing and community building. No prerequisites are required, anyone can join in and explore rhythms and vibration.

Other benefits of drumming include stress control, reduction of chronic pain, promotes self-awareness, helps release blockages and deal with emotional trauma, among other things.
