Actually attending Meet ups - Everywhere !!!!

I had thought that I had already written and posted this message but it seemingly has disapeared from the board.

Well, here it is again.

I have had a meet up group on here since May 2007 and it is going really well, but I have read other peoples reasons for joining on line groups and wanting more 'real' meet ups in their local areas.

Comments such as 'I want meet ups like this because I can't find people that think the way I do' come up very often.

These groups are around, the organisers give up a lot of their time to run them. Preparation isnt just a simple thing.

How many people actually make the effort to go to a meet up and help to build it and keep it running.

We are growing as a Pagan/Wiccan community, we are getting much stronger again, but we still need to meet others as much as possible.

So please, if you do want to join a group, whether it be just to meet friends, to learn the Craft, to find your path, please use them or you will lose them.

Lets not just 'Talk the Talk' lets 'Walk the Walk'.

We have a very successful friendly group and we have three different group nights and we are just about to start a forth, so we are lucky, but it is hard work.

Please attend your local groups, give your Organisers help to keep them going and build them up, spread the news.
